Pintrendo is powered by Hemant Sarkar (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Services you accept and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, with which you are also expected to comply. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

You may use our free tools at a younger age, but only with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
Your use of the Services shall at all times be in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Free Tools
Pintrendo provides free tools such as the Pintrendo Pinterest Keyword Tool (including the Pin Annotation Extractor), Pinterest AI Text Detector, Pinterest AI Image Detector, and Pinterest Keyword Clusterer & Board Namer.
The tools are provided for research and informational purposes only. The tools are subject to change, limitation, or withdrawal at anytime, and we reserve the right to offer premium features in the future.
Search results are approximate and generated based on the functionality of the tools and the constantly evolving Pinterest platform and may not always reflect live data or results. See our Disclaimer for more details.
Your input data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In short, your inputs are not stored. Please note that all tools are for educational purposes only.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree that you shall not
(a) use the Services for illegal or abusive purposes;
(b) use bots, scrapers, or other methods to make unreasonable requests to our site, or attempt to overload or interfere with the Services or its infrastructure;
(c) attempt to copy, decipher, reverse-engineer, or otherwise circumvent any usage limitations of these tools, or unauthorized access to our Services or data;
(d) distribute or reproduce our tools or results as your own work or product, or sell, repackage, or resell our tools or results without written consent;
(e) enter content into our Services that you do not have a legal right to, or that includes any unlawful, abusive, or otherwise infringing materials;
(f) use the Services in a manner that violates the terms of service or policies of Pinterest or any other platform on which you publish content. You shall be solely responsible for the use of the Services and for complying with the terms and policies of Pinterest and any other platform you publish on. We reserve the right to restrict your access if we believe you are violating these rules.
4. Annotation Extractor
The Annotation Extractor tool is for illustrative and informational purposes only and shall only be used with publicly visible Pinterest Pin links.
You agree not to use our tools to access, harvest, or collect private information from another individual, or to engage in any targeted advertising, marketing, or copying of other individuals’ works.
The Pins and their content belong to the respective owners.
5. Intellectual Property
Pinterest trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, tools, text, guides, video content, and all other content and intellectual property on Pintrendo are the sole property of Pintrendo or its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may view, use our free tools, and read the content on our site for your personal or business research or informational purposes only.
Except for the limited rights granted herein, and the rights necessary for the operation of the Services, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or otherwise exploit the content or code on our site without our written consent, and then only with proper attribution and a link to Pintrendo.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to our tools or publish on our site. Pintrendo does not claim ownership of your content or any rights in or to it.
6. Products and Services
Our paid products such as the Pinterest Blueprint guide and our Pinterest services are offered through Gumroad. By purchasing our products and services you agree to Gumroad’s Terms of Service and acknowledge that our Refund Policy applies.
Our digital products are licensed to you, not sold, and may only be used for your personal or business purposes in accordance with our Terms. You may not distribute, share, upload, or resell our digital products or grant others access to them. Services shall be provided in accordance with their description on this site or in a written agreement between you and us at the time of purchase. Additional work may be required for services beyond their scope and may be provided upon request. Prices and descriptions of our products and services are subject to change at any time, and such changes shall not apply to a purchase already made.

You may receive emails from Hemant Sarkar via Substack about new content and offers. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link at the bottom of every email.

The Services contain links to third-party services and websites including but not limited to Pinterest, Google (Analytics and AdSense), Gumroad, Substack, and YouTube. We are not responsible or liable for the content, accuracy, or legality of any third-party services or websites, and their use is at your own risk. Pintrendo and Hemant Sarkar are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc.
9. Advertising
We may display third-party advertisements or advertisements from Google AdSense on the Services. We are not responsible or liable for the content, accuracy, or legality of any advertisements or the goods or services offered by them. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree that we are not responsible or liable for any claims you may have against any third-party advertisers.
10. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranty or representation of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. 11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hemant Sarkar, Pintrendo, or any of its affiliates or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, traffic, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the Services or product in the preceding twelve (12) months or, if you have not purchased any Services or products, the claim is expressly limited to zero. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under any applicable law, and nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hemant Sarkar and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from your breach or alleged breach of these Terms or from your use of the Services in violation of the terms set forth herein.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your use of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms or for the protection of the Services or others.
You may cease using the Services at any time. Your use of the Services continues until you terminate it.
Upon termination or expiration, you shall immediately cease using the Services and destroy any copies of them in your possession or control.
This paragraph shall survive termination. The following paragraphs shall survive termination: intellectual property rights, indemnification, limitations of liability, and governing law.

15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
